Play Classic Console games on your PC
I think you might heard about emulators. In case you don’t know about it -“ An emulator is a program that
allows you to play games on your computer that conventionally run on another piece of hardware. For example, Kawark emulator enable you to play Neo-Geo and Capcom games on your PC.
All you need is just few simple downloads – an emulator and ROM files of games. You will need unique emulator for each game system ( such as MAME, Nintendo 64, SNES etc.) and for operating system ( such as Windows, Mac and Linux ).
There are website such as http://www.romnation.net/ and http://www.coolrom.com/ that will make things really easy. They have a huge collection of ROM files and the required emulators to play them. After you download a Game Rom, just put it into ROM folder which you will find inside the emulator folder. Load game in the emulator and assign controller keys for players from the settings on top menu.
