Proper Sitting Posture and Computer Room Lighting Guide


Designing  equipments and devices for your new computer room or just purchased a new computer ?

When a computer work environment are being planned, perhaps the foremost thing to consider is that your new room should be more spacious with lot of natural light flowing in. Secondly, adjustments equipment’s and devices to have an correct sitting posture at computer.

Ontario Ministry of Labour has published a comprehensive guide detailing - Ideal siting posture and light direction in a workstation, computer room or office. This guide will help you to prevent possible health effects such as eyestrain, eye fatigue, neck and back pain. You might find this guide really interesting and useful . The PDF has covered almost all the most important aspects which include Position and distance your computer monitor from users, Workstation layout,  position of mouse, keyboard and other input devices, computer chair and desk, lighting levels, glare issues and much more.
